Idk if this is a spam question or a genuine one but I’ll just say, try and talk about your stress with someone closer to you. Let it out. That will help too. Also consult a doctor and take some antidepressants or some medicine for anxiety. Would’ve told some names but cant prescribe medicine based on just my knowledge.
