If you trust him, and the place is acceptable to live in and you can afford it, then accept his offer. I do not know that man and I can not say what he will do, but do not be surprised if he wishes to restart more intimate relationship with you. If I knew more about the man I might be able to say more.

I mean it sounds kind of sketchy to me, unless you know him really well & for a long time i wouldn’t move into a house he’s offering cuz he could traffic you or something. you never know. just be safe okay? if something feels wrong about it then don’t do it.
