Secret to your weight loss?
Well I started out as 78 and now I'm 58-62 kg it fluctuates during different times of the day! But I drink 4L of water per day, I never skip meals, I eat alot of complex carbs and veggies. Oh and I didn't hit puberty until I was 19. Late bloomer. Ps, no snaking after dinner!
