How do you remove your make up? I use wiping tissues, but I'm sure that's not the way to remove everything...

Do you just use face wipes or do you use a cleanser after the wipes as well? If not, face wipes aren't the way to get all the makeup off. I use a cheap water-oil cleanser from Albert Heijn (Dutch supermarket) to take off my eye makeup and lipstick and then I'll double cleansr with the black soap and I might use a toner afterwards too.

Hi there pretty Kim! Which daycream/serum/nightcream/eye cream do you use? And which online beauty webshops would you recommand? Just got rejected for a job interview for not having "a presence taken cared of" which makes me now looking even more to perfect creams :( thank you!

Haha "pretty Kim" is new, you charmer. Sorry to hear about your job interview.
There's more to it than just buying 'the perfect' creams though. It's important to know your skintype and cleansing properly is the first step, otherwise all those creames won't make any difference.
I'll just list all the products I use on a regular basis. My skin has really cleared up over the few weeks and I try to keep it that way by following a strict regime.
-African black soap (It does dry out my skin, but it really helps against blemishes. This soap made quite a difference for me and it barely costs anything)
-AH oog- en lipreinigingslotion
-Clarins toning lotion with camomile
-Bioderma Crealine
-The Body Shop vitamine E cream exfoliator
-Kiehl's rare earth deep pore cleansing masque
-Nuxe Clarifying cream mask (My sister bought the thermo variant, more of an exfoliator but that one's good too)
-Nuxe Bio smoothing and 24hr moisturizing mask
-Darphin aromatic purifying balm
-L'oréal extraordinary face oil
-ROC Retin-OX correxion serum (bought this yesterday but I'm planning to use it about once a week as I don't need any intensive anti-wrinkle products (yet))
-ROC SPF 30 (too bad 50 was sold out)
-Caudalie vinosource riche
-Caudalie vinexpert spf 15 radiance day fluid
-Caudalie vinexpert night infusion cream (these two creams were leftovers from my mother)
-Nuxe anti-fatique moisturizing eye cream
-The Body Shop vitamine E face mist
-Vaseline
Oh, and this stuff is really good:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SiFEnbAuRO8heartinacage1251’s Video 125934658397 SiFEnbAuRO8heartinacage1251’s Video 125934658397 SiFEnbAuRO8 It's really worth the effort. I use it on my face and body.
When I'm spending the weekend at my parents' I just use my mother's and sister's Olay products.

Which are the items from the 70's trend that you like most? And of course that you would wear?

Ehhh... high waisted wide legged jeans, wedges, jumpsuits, spaghetti straps, low cut necklines, low cut backs, suede, pant suits, mini skirts, wide knee length dresses and skirts, wrap dresses, thigh high boots, ribbed tops. lace up dresses/blouses (a la this Gucci dress http://www.space-matters.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/LALALA.jpg).
I'd be happy to wear the 70s wardrobes from Faye Dunaway, Bianca Jagger, Lauren Hutton, Julie Christie (She looked really chic in Nicholas Roeg's 'Don't Look Now'), Briggite Bardot, Jane Birkin, Charlotte Rampling.

The next month I will be in paris for the first time and I have seen from your instagram that you have been there. Some nice place to advice me? Like for dinner or free space to have a pick-nick? Which were your favorite ones? xxx

As you might've seen from my instagram, it's been a very long time since I was there. Lots of new places have opened since my visit, so I'm afraid I can't really provide you any good dinner and lunch tips. I'm writing this from the top of my head, it's very likely that you've read about these places many times on the internet already. Sorry I can't give you a good list!
The best park to picnick however is Buttes Chaumont! And Versailles! And the Tuileries to eat pastry from Laduree and Pierre Hermé!
Well, the museums are all great. Sadly enough I only visited a few when I was there but I really loved musée d'Orsay.
I love Café de Flore, just because their history of famous clients and the location -people spotting.
There's a restaurant in a little side street in Pigalle which I found be chance with my mom. Relocated it when I was there with Sebastiaan and it's a very small but lovely place. Sadly enough, I have no idea what it's called. Trying to describe the route is nearly impossible as well. Uhm, well, I think it was at the end of one of the side streets of the main street running through Pigalle and it's located near stairs??? There's at least one really nice cafe near the institut Suedois.
Berthillon is great for ice cream.
Merci is a really cool concept store, I loved the cafe fulls of books as well. And naturally there are the big warehouses that are paradise if you're rich.
I really liked both locations of Rose Bakery for breakfast and lunch. Nanashi is a big favourite too.
The burger trend has reached Paris as well. I think you'll easily find the best joints via google and google. Same goes for the new and hip coffee places.
Sorry for being such a poor help. I really miss Paris though. Have fun!

What do I do when you feel like shit?

What you would (have) to do? Making me a cup of tea and buying me a pint of B&J's would be a start. Or just leaving me alone, preferably with the ice cream.
Assuming you mean, what I do when I feel bad: I make myself a pot of tea and change into pyjamas and I'll spend the rest of the day watching films, reading, listening to the Smiths, (chain) smoking, eating, sleeping. Basically the same things I do when I feel OK tbh. Cuddling my dogs helps too.

regarding striped top which brand do you prefer?

You wouldn't believe how often I've replied questions about striped tops over the last few years... Ok, well, anyway: Petit Bateau, St James, H&M, COS, Zara, APC.

Hete I am without my usual question again.. Amy recent items/things you purchased? Thanks you!

Here I am with my usual answer: no. ;-)

In your opinion what is the best blog platform in order to show weekly outfit post with a little bit of writing? Do you also have some favorite blog for their layouts?

As one of the early pioneers of the 5 piece french wardrobe, do yoi think it is becoming mainstream among those "famous fashion bloggers" ? Since afterdrk and others started to do it as well? Or do you think it will never be picked up by those kind of uh.. shoppers? :)

Haha! Well, I was never a very strict follower of the concept to begin with. I'm not even interested in the idea anymore. Sure, the idea has gotten 'mainstream' just like that whole ~parisian~ look seems to have gotten synonymous to the 'five piece french wardrobe' idea. I've gotten a bit tired of seeing the same hyped brands and items over and over again.
I have developed a pretty clear idea of what I like and dislike, so I don't think I need to plan my purchases/wardrobe (I'm just too lazy to write out wishlists) purchases anymore, as I rarely buy things I regret later on.
I don't read blogs like afterdrk, but I don't think most populair bloggers are that strict when it comes to the 'philosophy' and shopping in general, as there's always an excuse to justify that one (or those twenty) purchase(s). Oh well, shopping and promoting "the hottest arrivals of the week" is their job after all...

If you were been at Coachella for a weekend, what outfit did you wear?

Haha. A dress and sandals maybe? If I would've been at Coachella this weekend, I'd have gone for the music, looking hip and fashionable wouldn't have been a top priority.

Are Castaner espadrillas confortable? Do you prefer them in cream or in navy blue? I am thinking about take them for spring and summer...so they could be a good investment to use in the city?

Yes, they're comfortable. Navy would be better for 'in the city' as cream coloured canvas shoes get dirty easily.

With yogurt, granola and fresh fruit for breakfast, do you prefer drink tea or black coffee?

Both actually... I drink about 0.5-1 liters of tea and one or two cups of coffee in the morning.

What are your favorite pair of sneakers for spring? Adidas or conconverse?

I wore Superga sneakers for years, but I haven't worn sneakers in a very long itme.. I used to love all stars when I was a kid, but I don't really see myself wearing those anymore.
I like the white Adidas sneakers on others.

You have such beautiful hair.. How often do you go to the haidresser? And is that your natural color? If so you are extremely lucky and I envy you haha! I m not even able to let my hair grow longer than shoulder length.. (simply cause the ends split really fast..) :(

Thank you!
Haha, I´m actually going to the hairdresser this Saturday! Finally. It's been over 6 months since my last visit and the ends look terrible right now, haha. I try to go the hairdresser every 3-4 months, I think.
Uhuh, I've never dyed my hair.
That's too bad! But at least it's easier to try out more hair styles with your length! My hair is too long and heavy, so my options are limited (or maybe I just lack imagination).

You are so pretty!! No wonder people start drawing you.. :) May I ask where you're black top is from you're wearing on your latest instagram? And that lipstick..? Although I think you might have gotten that question before so I will check those older question not to bother you with it. Thank you!

sila
Haha, I only post pictures where I cut half my face off or pictures with my eyes closed, but thank you!
Oh, no problem! I used Bourjois lipstick in grand cru as a base and a few layers of Chanel lipstick in Rivoli.
The top is actually dark blue. I got it on sale for my mom at H&M last summer. It's a few sizes too big, but I just knotted the straps and tucked in a pair of high waisted trousers. :-)

What are your best recipes for salads/something light? I want to start making more vegetarian plates but not really a clue how to begin making something that still tastes good.

Haha, it kinds of sounds like you're saying that hardly anything tastes good without meat. I'm sure the dishes you usually make will still taste fine if you leave out the meat you normally add? Otherwise try replacing meat with meat substitutes like tofu, veggie burgers, falafel etc. But really there are hundreds of great vegetarian dishes. If you're looking for ideas, try websites like marthastewart.com, bbcgoodfood.co.uk etc. Those kind of websites have lists of links to their 'best' salads, veggie dishes etc etc.
I'll give you the link to my food board on pinterest, but I'm afraid you'll mostly find dishes full of calories and cake recipes: www.pinterest.com/thekidsalooker/food/

What tumblrs do you check daily? Which ones are your favorite to find 'inspiration'?

Whatever comes up on my dashboard. I don't check any tumblrs daily. I don't even check tumblr on a daily basis anymore.
I'll list a few of my favourite accounts. I always browse through their archives when I'm in a mass reblogging mood:
