Question Of The Day: ~trigger warning: Food~ Can you eat first thing in the morning? if so, do you eat breakfast? If so, what do you normally eat for breakfast? Do you drink tea or coffee or any other drink in the morning?

I didn't used to ; I used to just have a pint of water (tepid , gulped down) & a triple-strength coffee . . . . . Currently i've added half a dozen 'weetabix' thickly spread with 'PURE' (soya-spread)

No , I don't play games while sitting on the jon ; fans ? ~ an extractor fan to take remove the cordite aroma .
The season is beginning to really hot up , was 27 degrees Celsius on the isle of Skye yesterday ; gonna be another scorcher today , in Scotland

i had a g/f [since my divorce] who was a witch & a professional spiritual healer , did lots , but included 'regression' ; she was always going to 'take me bach' , but a strict rule was never after alcohol , not even one small wine glass ; & as we always met 4 lunch or dinner first & had wine , never happened . She used to always record the sessions & give a cassette to clients ; I once said . . .how come so many think , sincerely that they've been ''king james iv'' for example ; she sez [deep sigh] ~ there's some of us have this alternative theory . . . . '' ~ but i have that theory too , & it ain't for here / FB me . . . x

Should step parent be celebrated on Mothers/Fathers Day too?

Well there are so many scenarios , possible circumstances ; but generally , YES . . . . .
When I was on my own with my kids , & trying to meet new people ; before they ever met my children , I always made it clear - "my kids have got a mum whom they love , so you can never be that ; they will respect you , but you can never be that , so don't try" (I didn't say this unkindly , it was as part of helping understand what they'd come through)
~ one of the most moving things i've ever experienced was when they gave me 'mother's day cards' & my daughter said "you're really our mummy" .
~ but in the more 'normal' situation I feel it's important that kids can feel able to & are encouraged , if it comes from the heart , to acknowledge & express their love for anyone who is fulfilling the role of mother for them . . . . x
