It takes consistency. A large amount of negative events to lead to it. Not something i come up with overnight.

See the problem is that you cant put happiness into objects. Because they will always be taken away from you. Meaning you are always setting yourself up to feel sad. But then again. You can only knkw that you feel sad because that object once made you feel so happy. So to answer your question. I have no idea. I want to surround myself with people that have my sense of humour. Do things that i love to do. And hopefully that will be enough to find my happiness.
