What advice can I give one of my friends who has been going through alot lately and having issue with family ?
To focuse on their own self’s and take one day at a time. Stay healthy mentally, spiritually, and physically because hard situations come often, so one itself must always be ready for anything.

Change the bad aspects about my self. That’s how I think … people often criticize other people on how to live their lives. When I’m r waiting the hardest part to make a good difference is to change our own self’s… when you change your self, you inspire people and some may follow you. Is just about giving a good example to others
