I've been riding for 3 years and just 2 days ago I fell off for the first time while going from a canter to trot transition. it's never happened before (I do w/t/c & jump) and I'm kinda scared to ride even though it'll be a different horse. it wasn't a bad fall but it just shocked me. any tips? ://

Its totally fine all riders fall at some point so just get back on and keep riding :)
