There is only one happiness in life. To love and be loved.

Holding onto someone because of ‘history’ isn’t a good enough reason to carry on holding them. I’m finding that as the year comes to a close, I want to leave some people in the past - as good memories. I want to move forward with lighter steps towards new relationships that will meet me where I am at this point in time.
