If you feel stressed what would you do to reduce it?
Shower, sleep, internet or food. Sometimes all the stress comea together and I lose it and do bad things to myself and others around me. This is a horrible habbit I have to. To take all my pain and stress and let them out at the same time. One reason to hate myself.
