Dunning-Kruger effect. Any thoughts on it?
I loved her in Inglorious Basterds.
It is somewhat misunderstood on the internet. This effect is mainly to describe that people lack the skill to access their competence correctly. Unskilled people tend to overestimate their skill while very skilled people tend to underestimate theirs. This effect has nothing to do with one's confidence in themselves. The "mount stupid" curve (you can Google image search this) is often associated with Dunning-Kruger but it is not a scientific graph, albeit relatable.
Sometimes the irony of this is real
Um
