It's not really recent but I do live by it "it is what it is". Lifes too short to be worrying all the time

Everything you enjoy can grind to a halt very quickly and the little things in life should be appreciated more

to let go, i'm still trying to master the art of it but it's been bringing me great peace to just let go of things that aren't doing me any good

That I need to stop blaming myself and have wounds I need to heal.
