how did you know you had depression? Did you just self diagnose yourself? you can't do that you know?

of course I can't do that. I mean you know I just can't be like "yeah that's right I have depression" and just go with it. I didn't just went through depression, it was more like a war. I went through self harming, I had a very low self esteem and I even had body image issues. I used to cry myself every single day to sleep, fake smiling every day and harmed myself every day thinking it would take the pain away, but in reality it didn't. looking back at it I actually don't know why did i do that to myself at such a very young age but maybe in that time I had my reasons that I had no choice but to do it. so just to answer clearly to your question, it was more like a war to me than just depression.

we are calibrated, calibrated into a world of words and numbers, into a matrix. They say words cant express, but they are the onky expression.Their minds are oppressed, their thoughts are limited, their feelings are faded. They have never experienced true beauty of words, what they can do! Explain...

sometimes, words actually cannot explain how this or that human feels even if they tried to explain everything with words, I don't think it'll be enough based on what they have in mind.

In the shower I sing. When she showers, her tears blend with the dripping water, her face looks miserable, black sacks under her eyes. Her body is just a color and inside it is plain black, she feels it, she knows, she..... What do you think causes depression and what are the impacts of it on life?

well so many stuff can cause depression. for me, at least in my own experience, I think it made a huge impact on my life. it was a tough war that made me so strong when I survived it. so it either makes a good impact or a bad impact.
