I think you did not understand the statement.
I do understand it. But if we worry about something, there MUST be something about it that made you worry. If it turns out to be nothing, it's impossible! Because we worry on something that might happen or to someone that something might happen to them. The result may either be in a positive or a negative way, but regardless of that, there is a result. There is something, not nothing.
