Shunji Matsuo is not bad honestly, and I've been with them for almost 2years. The only thing I really dislike is how long it takes..... I can always easily spend up to half a day there. zzzz like if I dye+treatment+cut, at least 5hours.
Over at COVO, max 3hrs for the same stuff I did?? that's one thing I really like about COVO! My last visit it only took 2.5hrs :D The stylists are professional too and they are from Japan!

Nope. I have perfect eyesight. I used to wear those coloured contacts cuz I am vain like this... but it's always very dry and pain after a couple of hours. Maybe I am just not used to it? :(
