I mean I think you should have a sort of independence before you move in with him in case something happens. I also think that it's kinda dumb that she "won't let" you have a job... if you want to work and become independent I'd suggest you do (if you can still focus on college)

I've realized that I really need to stop putting so much effort into one sided friendships. I've decided today that I'm going to pull back a little and see what they do. Honestly I know that one person in particular doesn't care nearly as much as I do and it's been a lot more prevalent lately.
