My car broke down a few months back so i went to this car repairing market in the city. It was a huge market bustling with diesel, bearings, gears grinding machines and a true hardcore metal wrenching place. There i saw a guy, in his mid teenage years, was washing the bowls, while simultaneously, cooking some darn good looking biryani as well. The guy, who identified himself as faisal, was a well dressed, well mannered and extremely well versed in his conversation, introduced himself as a student and currently preparing for the board exam. He said that he doesnt have enough money to pay for the school fee so he is appearing privately while helping out his dad in selling the home made biryani. I gave him my number saying "Koi help chahye ho to btana" and this is what he said
"Bhai biryani ki plate kha lain, aur pasand aye to paisay deh dain. Meray sai buht zaida deserving hain, unki madad karain."
That kid in his teenage was more to life than i ever was in my 29 years of life. I met his father who told me about Faisal and how ambitious his son is.
"Main apko bta nahi sakta k mjhe apne baitay pae kitna fakhar hai. Hm 11 bhai thay, aur hm sb aisay hi reh gaye, likan Faisal buht agay jaye ga."
I am planning to pay another visit soon enough. The unforgettable stranger
