Try focusing on fat loss instead of weight loss. Remember: weight is just a number. Muscle weighs more than fat so don't be fooled. Fat loss will come from clean, healthy eating and plenty of exercise. Do plenty of cardio and try some weights as well. If you have time and money, try going to the gym a few times a week. Drink plenty of water (I mean it!) and the big obvious one is to avoid sugary, junk foods and soft drinks. Try not to fall for all these fad diets that tell you how to lose weight within a few days. Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, try eating 5-8 small, healthy meals. Just set a reasonable goal and commit to it!
