Why do prom dresses always look like the designer gave up on the bottom after going all out on the top?

Well I like looking at the whole dress and not just the top part. Perhaps they feel as if people will only just be looking up and not really towards the bottom, so they just do whatever. Some prom dresses I saw at my prom had a nice design at the top and at the bottom. The saying does go that plain is better at times, but in my opinion, not for every case. Sometimes it's nice to go all out. xD

Opinion on suicide?

I think I've done one in the past, but I'm way too lazy to find the question atm. I think it's upsetting that people would want to commit suicide, because I think life is too precious. But at the same time, I can understand where they're coming from. Some people can't handle things as easily as others can. For example, bullying. Person A could go their whole life being bullied in school and won't think anything of it, while person B could go through the same exact experience and it would affect them in some way. It's sad because they feel as if they are alone in the world and as if no one cares about them when really, more people care about them than they would ever know. Another thing I don't get is how you can get angry at a person with suicidal thoughts and judge them based on just that. Judgment is what got them to that state in the first place, so what are you doing?
If you have suicide thoughts, I just want you talk to someone. It can be anyone. Your parents, a close friend, a close relative, a teacher, anyone. Tell them what's on your mind. Just don't bottle those emotions in. Because if you keep bottling them in, things will get worst over time.
