What's the #1 thing that you think holds employees back from getting that promotion?

Every job and every boss are different so there’s no one size fits all solution. The thing I’d say holds most people back is inconsistency.

Could be! I always try to keep an open mind.

What's your favorite or best physical feature?

I don’t really like anything about my outward appearance, if I’m being honest. I guess I’m naturally big and strong, that comes in handy sometimes.🤷🏻‍♂️

Since your saying toonami is going to try experimenting, does that mean we may see the HD version of batman the animated series aired?

Probably not. I’d love to show it but it’s highly likely it will be used elsewhere.

Apparently some people think you guys majorly "sold out" by letting a company sponsor a TOM speech. I'm curious what your response to them would be. I really don't see the harm in it. Not like I imagine it's going to be a regular thing etc.

I mean, Toonami runs on as money. We have to make it. So by that POV we “sold out” a long time ago. I know the LoL folks are genuine, longtime Toonami fans and thought it would be cool, and we decided why not give it a try? Doesn’t mean it will be a regular thing. Either way, it helps keep the lights on. Toonami is fan forward, but it’s a business, not a charity.

gonna jump in here. I think that guy meant why did it only actually run on Toonami proper for like 3 eps. What happened was it ran on the "Super Saturdays" block for ~3 weeks and then it moved to SVES when Super Saturdays was phased out. So I imagine it was just circumstantial to some degree

I’m just gonna answer this since like seven ppl responded with a version of this clarification. Got it! I don’t know why it was moved off of Toonami, but it was promoted through its run and finished all episodes, so we did it okay!

#1. Did you have the list of shows and movies was written off by Cartoon Network, Boomerang, [adult swim], and Toonami? #2. Did FLCL: Progressive & Alternative received a complex production deal as IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix since all three anime shows suffered low ratings during the original run?

1. No. No one has that.
2. No. FLCL 2/3 did not have “low” ratings, so I dunno what you’re talking about, sorry?

Do you find it disappointing that the Hegelian dialectic is frankly the only or best way mankind has of problem solving & addressing issues?

I don’t know that it’s the BEST way but it seems to be the dominant paradigm, that’s for sure. I don’t find it depressing as much as I find it tiresome.

What led to Spider-Man 02 and Batman 89 being shown on Toonami?

That was a decision made by our programming department we were not on board with. I don’t think live action belongs on Toonami.

Who is your favorite character in Attack on Titan and why?

Annie Leonhart, The Female Titan. I found her interesting because we didn’t know her motives for behaving the way she did, and because she was a badass.
