Honestly, just try One-Punch Man. This should at least be addressed. I want your opinion on what looks like a budding modern classic anime to me, that's all. It's your type of action show I know you're an action anime junkie. You can find it on Hulu.

The place to suggest shows is Toonami.tumblr.com, please do it there. Thanks.

It seems your not a huge fan of Paul Dini even though I respect his work. Bad Blood?

I don't know where you got that impression. I like a lot of his work. Batman: TAS is one of my all time favs. I also DON'T like a lot of his (later) work, but that doesn't mean I don't like his stuff.

Who are some of your favorite novelists? Any kind, also curious if you like Philip K. Dick or other science fiction

I love Philip K. Dick. Not a huge sci-fi guy but of course Frank Herbert, Arthur C Clark, Iain M. Banks, Stanislaw Lem are all musts. Some of my favorite writers: Faulkner, Cormac McCarthy, Neal Stephenson, Jim Thompson, Patricia Highsmith, Shirley Jackson, Patrick O'Brian, Haruki Murakami, JRR Tolkein, Flannery O'Connor, and many more.

Do you still get time to listen to music for fun? If so, what have you been into lately?

EVERY DAY. For real, every day. Lately I've been crazy about the new Rival Consoles, Empress Of, Killing Joke, Protomartyr, Girl Band, Destruction Unit, George FitzGerald, Ikaz Boi, Kelela, Mgła, VHÖL, Panopticon, Sam Binga, and White Boi records, and the new Young Thug, Beatking, Ty Dolla Sign and DJ Paul tapes. Among other shit.

High schooler looking at music industry/journalism career possibilities here! Is there a common mistake you see people making while entering/working in your field?

Well to be clear I work in the TV industry, which is different. But the most common mistake I see across all media I have worked within is arrogance/complacency. Thinking you're better or smarter than the next person, that you DON'T need to build a bridge, that you can get over on someone- this always backfires eventually. Trust me.

What is your dream hip-hop collaboration?

Gotta keep that one secret so I can make it happen. Since I got Jaime and Mike together, that was dream one! Dream two was Danny and Clams. More to come!

Do you miss Favorites on Twitter? Is Twitter becoming too much like Facebook?

No, and Yes. I'm a little worried about that. The 140 Character limit thing in particular I think is essential to Twitter's immediacy.

Were the eggs on the [as] singles a sly reference to the original [as] singles covers from 5 years ago which were circles that had patterns?

No, to tell you the truth we just thought it was a cool idea! Hahaha.

Any chance we could chat on the phone for 15? I'm a Music Industry student at USC and my prof Gary Schyman asked us to interview someone of our choosing currently working in the music for visual media realm. You're my 1st pick & I am just immature enough to inquire over ask.fm.

Sure. Hit me up on Twitter and I'll DM you with my work number.

What kind of dogs do you have?

Two rescues, both mixed breeds. One is a Westie-Chihuahua mix, one is a long haired Dauschund-Rottie mix. Both about 13 lbs, little lap dogs. I love them both dearly.

So, I'm almost 21 and still a virgin. I had some girlfriends in highschool, but it never evolved to that point and wasn't important to me at the time. Do you think there's some truth to the notion that you're somehow less of a person if you haven't had sex at this point?

Absolutely NOT. Everyone has their own journey, and you should never feel bad you might be working at a different pace than your friends. Sex is awesome but it is not everything. You'll meet the right person and do it when the time is right. Don't be afraid of it, but don't feel bad that it hasn't happened yet! Good luck!

Have you checked out Ho99o9 yet? If not I definitely feel like you'll dig them, the only way I can describe them is maybe like Captain Murphy/Bad Brains idk look into them

I'll check em out thanks for the rec!

I don't specifically remember if you ever said you did this, but do you any kind of art at all? If so, do do you have any drawings you'd like to share at some point?

I used to draw all the time, but I haven't in quite a while.

What do you think about the Black Keys? I've seen some polarizing opinions about them (saviors of rock, embodiment of hipster music, etc.). Curious what you think.

I like their first couple of albums, but their style is fundamentally backwards looking, and so they haven't developed much. I got bored a few records back; I doubt I'll be checking in again.

Why do you think it's "cool" for people to hate on Creed and Nickelback? I enjoy songs from both and don't get the hate.

I mean, it's fine to like whatever you like, but people hate on those bands because they were ubiquitous, and they both embody a sort of stepped-down version of a "rock bro" style pioneered by Pearl Jam and other "better" bands. They are fundamentally silly and derivative and appeal to wide swaths of people, all are reasons people might also hate them. My advice? Like what you like, fuck what people think. But don't expect them to like it too! ;)

My bf in college He's on the Football & Chess team. He volunteers his time helping war vets and disabled kids and invites them to games. He Helps out in his dads political campaigns too. I just want him to spend more time with me. Am I being selfish?

It's certainly not selfish to want your bf to spend time with you! He's doing some great stuff and obviously cares about his community, but you're important too. Tell him you want to see him more, you are important too!

Is it okay if I rather enjoyed Boondock Saints? I will admit that the sequel was not very good. I'd also be interested to hear why you don't like about it so I can try to contrast it with why I find it very enjoyable. Hopefully this is not an annoying thing to ask.

Hey man like what you like, no worries! For me, it's the most simple simon douche male fantasy of "badass bros with guns" movie I think I've ever seen. Literally nothing clever in the writing, shooting, editing, or scoring of the film, and the performances don't save it. It feels like a 14 year old's idea of "badass."

I'm a huge fan of the Halloween series too! Other than the original, which films in it are your favorites?

First three are Godlike. 4 isn't bad. Pretty much all downhill from there until H20, which has it's moments, and then back downhill with the dogshit Rob Zombie trash.
