I really want to run a record label, but I have absolutely no idea where to begin. Any advice?

This isn't gonna motivate you, but I'd say don't do it. There's no living to be made there these days. Sorry, it's just how I feel. I wouldn't even know where to begin to tell you how to start.

I can't afford college. This is with scholarships, financial aid, the lot. Just too difficult rn, but i want to get into entertainment as an industry and develop a serious CAREER. Am i fucked?

Nope, you're not! Here's the good news: the TV and film industries are two of the only ones that still work on the apprenticeship model. If you can be persistent, you can get an internship somewhere and kick ass. Full disclosure: I work with people who don't even have high school degrees who make more money than I do. It's going to be a challenge, but it's not impossible!

Thank You Jason your words send me great comfort from the library im in, Thank You. I'll do me best to stay strong for my mother and try to find a job. Again thank you.

Happy to help man. You're gonna be okay, I promise.

How would you do it then?(this about the promoting question from earlier)

I wouldn't do that. If you want to help artists, you need to find some you want to work with and help promote. Once you've done that for a while you'll have enough experience under your belt to know what the best approach for you is. But it all begins with someone who's art you are passionate about and want to help get the word out about...

My family has lost everything, We are in massive debt and cant afford internet TV or phone and struggle to eat. I gave up my dreams of college cause my family couldn't afford supplies & Travel. My father is gone and today my brother died. Its just me and my mom now and I'm only 18, HELP ME.

Wow, I'm so sorry about your brother and your whole situation! I've been there, below the poverty line, and it really sucks not knowing where your next meal will come from. I'm afraid I can't do much for you other than be someone who can hear you and sympathize. Are there food banks in your area, and is your family signed up for food stamps and government assistance? These might help relieve some of the financial burden. Beyond that, if you can get work, do it immediately. Avoid fast food jobs if you can, maybe look for construction work, it usually pays okay if you can get it. Being a waiter might work too. You can pick up what you need to know very fast, and if you're good you can make a decent amount of money without killing yourself. I know things suck right now, but I promise, you will come out of this and things will get better. You have to believe that if you want it to happen. Let yourself grieve for your brother, then sit down with your Mom and figure out your next move. You're all each other have and you need to stand together. Sorry I can't give you any better advice than that, but I have my fingers crossed for you!

Would you like to see Hanna Barbera take some of its older action characters and update them for new action cartoon? Seems like the only character active today is Scooby-doo.

Yeah I'd love to see a Falcon reboot, or a Galaxy Trio reboot!

Doesn't Marvel scheduling out the next 48 years worth of movies kinda dimeanor what they're trying to do now? Like who cares about the next Avengers when they've already told us there will be 5 more?

Yes, I find it all pretty cynical and sort of antithetical to a central idea behind storytelling: being swept up in a stale and not knowing what is going to happen!

I remember you said you had some problems with the film SNOWPIERCER can you go into detail on those?

Just generally some over the top (and not in a good way) moments, really. It's solid, I liked it, but it's in no way a masterpiece. The "science" part of it does not hold up at all, and I know that's not the point, but it bugged me.

I keep falling asleep through Toonami, and it makes me feel angry. I miss out on amazing anime and goodies. You got any advice for me?

Record it!

Yeah sorry it's kind of hard to explain. So yeah what I want to do is promote up and coming artists. I don't know if I would call it a company though. Basically what I would do is post their music on my account once they release new music. Of course I would give credit and links to buy the song.

I'm not sure what benefit that would be to the artists unless your page already had a lot of followers, though, you know? That's not really the best way to support an up and coming artist, in my opinion.

What did you think of the CG Star Wars: The Clone Wars? Specifically, since I already guess you liked it at least a little since you aired it.

I thought it was really good. It dragged when they got into politics, but in general it was a great action cartoon.

Why doesn't Toonami review mainstream games?

Uh we just reviewed Shadow of Mordor, last night in fact. Not mainstream enough for you?

Do you like the movie Quiz Show?

Eh it's okay. Like most of Robert Redford's directorial output, I feel like it's too concerned with being "important" to be great.
