come hai messo su massa in un mese?

in 2 mesi
da 64-65kg a ~70kg adesso
con una dieta costituita principalmente da proteine (carni, uova ecc..) ma anche una volta al giorno carboidrati (es. pasta)
mangiando un pó di tutto nelle giuste quantità senza esagerare e senza trascurare frutta e verdura.
classico allenamento da "massa", tante serie, poche ripetizioni (6-8max) con tanto carico e rilascio lento.
per il resto: pre workout- 3g di BCAA, 1 busta di carboidrati enervit; intraworkout- 2g di glutammina sciolta in acqua; post workout- 3g di BCAA e 1 barretta proteica enervit
e niente al momento sto messo cosí💪
