- searching for. So when Steve sat down she suddenly changed back, not caring much about it now. So her skin was blue, her hair red, her eyes yellow as she kicked Steve from the chair and got on top of him, put both hands on his throat and started choking him. "I'm sorry."
Steve stared at her alarmed and tried to get up, but before he'd made his move the mutant was on top of him, her hands on his throat. Instinctively he grabbed her hair and pulled her off him, a little more violently than needed. "Damn, woman." He was panting now. "Reality sure is more impressive than pictures on tape." He got to his feet and looked at her, it felt wrong hitting her. It always would. But that certainly wouldn't stop him. "I know you're trying to do the right thing. The brotherhood. But you're not - let's sit down, talk it out."
