It's probably because you are so young or perhaps for religious/moral reasons where it's considered a sin. Its natural to feel that way but try not to feel bad about it, lots of other teens do it as well as an alternative to sex.

A common cold usually lasts from 3-7 days. Get plenty of rest, drink enough fluids. Chicken soup is also really good (there's evidence that it actually helps with colds), eat spicy foods to clear sinuses and take vitamin C supplements. The fact that you don't drink enough is the problem. Not drinking enough can lead to infections such as Urinary Tract which is a cause of frequent urination. You may have just a minor one. Drink up plenty of water and see what happens. If you're really worried though, just visit a doctor.
