I think a relationship between a boy and a girl is not appropriate especially since they are teenagers. Belum cukup matang lagi.

First and foremost, I am very proud and happy for you for typing this long question which you posted in three parts, because just by posting this, it means that you do have iman and you do have that desire to be a better person and be a good Muslim in His eyes, so don't see yourself as bad!
You must understand that we are humans, and that our iman is constantly swaying up and down. It is unlike that of a malaikat which is constant throughout. We are affected by our surroundings, people and many other factors. That's why it is always necessary for us to stay true to our five daily prayers and the extra sunnahs that come along with it (Things like reading the Quran, Zikir, solat sunnah) and all those because these will help strengthen our iman as Muslims.
It's like the analogy of taking a bath even when we don't want to. We can't deny that we hate the process of bathing but what happens out of it is we emerge cleaner individuals. The same case as prayers and all, sometimes we see it as difficult or menyusahkan, but just do it anyway because when you do it, it inevitably cleans your heart a little, and the next time you decide to do it, it gets easier :)
Allah is always there with you. It's His promise for us as long as we keep trying our best and never give up on Him, so always keep going no matter what test He may throw at you. He knows best.

Are nose rings for females haram? Like those Indian/Arab types
The one I have heard is that piercing is not allowed at areas such as the nose, tongue and body as it is a form of body mutilation that goes against the principe of Islam as a religion.
However, you might wanna check with someone more knowledgeable as this issue was not present during the Prophet's time and hence, when it is prevalent today, there may be multiple opinions on this. The more knowledgeable would know best :)

If you're suffering from clinical depression, it is a condition and it's best that you refer yourself to a counsellor or a therapist that could help you through because it is legit and real. That's the first step - acknowledging that you have it.
Following that, you have to ensure that you surround yourself with positive people who will encourage you through and help you through. They are the positive influencers, and are the people who will be there for you should you need them. Company is important because it will have an impact on the way you see things. Hence, for someone like you who may have the tendency to get depressed, these individuals will offer a more positive perspective to how you see things.
On your part, you would have to personally try your best to increase your esteem and tell yourself that no matter what happens, you are worth it. Don't see yourself as a burden, useless, or as anything negative. All of us are here in this world and have been born with positive qualities, so look for them and use them to your advantage.
Finally, seek His help in giving you strength to deal with your issue. At the end of the day, only He is able to determine how things would turn out for you as He knows best.

We dont have a lucifer in islam. Lucifer is a fallen angel, and the text(Quran) states that iblis has and will always be a jinn. Now, in islam case, iblis(a single makhluk) is the name if the jinn that was once highly favoured by god, but fell from grace when he refuse to sujood to Adam A.S.

There's a shop just outside of Masjid Sultan that sells bukhoor, oud and attar. It's called al Madinah if I'm not wrong. But at the outside of the shop, the signs shows Wahab Textiles, it's in there.

By telling yourself that the relationship is not based on a love for God, who is supposed to be the case. If it's definitely not something approved by Him, then why go for it right?
Always tell yourself that at the end of the day, if a relationship is approved by Him and is fated to happen, it will still happen no matter when you guys go for it. So take this time not to care about relationships at a young age, and seek to improve yourself better as a person first.
Once you are done and you know you are one day physically, mentally, financially and religiously ready to start a family, then go for it :)
