I'll focus on helping the people in need.
I'll use my resources to create a TV channel to brainwash them to be good.
I'll try (slowly) to eliminate political & religious barriers, see 2 are the main reason people hate & kill each other.

If I had unlimited resources, I could do both. 😜
I would use them for myself only as much as necessary to have a normal life. The rest would be used to make the world a better place.

A smattering of both but mainly, I'd like to focus on clearing up the country. Renovating buildings, clearing up litter, cleaning the rivers and lakes, helping farmers with financial contributions, that sort of thing.
