What agility stuff and what drills and what are sets and stairs?
Wind sprints, running through cones, high legs through tires, dribbling, passing, serpentine, etc. that kind of stuff. Sets are where we do sets of 10 or 20 situps, pushups, squat lunges, and jumping jacks in a row we all hate those lol. And stairs are pretty self explanatory you have to run up steps and bak down the hill and keep going
