Omg yes I forgot about the trolley rides. And yeh I mean depends where about on the back. Mine was lower because of working in stables. It's just about stretching in the same direction as the muscle fibers go

Yeahhh i would mainly want to go west because i've been to all the states on the east coast from maine to florida so now i gotta work my way west

No way me too but in San Francisco you kinda need to go to Alcatraz too. Sounds like alot of fun. FYI if you've a sore back stand up and bend right over and touch your toes. It maybe more for the hamstrings but I found it worked for my back

Truee i guess i would go there too lol and take a trolley ride. And oh does that work? I'll have to try it when i get home

The golden gate bridge in California, the grand canyon in Arizona, mt rushmore in south dakota, i have family who live in Oklahoma and texas, uhmm new orleans in louisiana, florida has a millions things to see lol but i would say those are the top. Just to say that i've seen them u kno?

The game was really fun and we won so that was good too.!! The rest of the night was uneventful lol both my brothers had friends over though so it was loud and crazy here but i had a sleepover with my dog lol 😂 who was also my thunder buddy during the storm

How to raise your self-confidence?

Uhm to raise my self confidence i usually have to have like a pep talk with myself. If i start to doubt myself on anything i will usually close my eyes and take a few breaths and then just remind myself how far i've come in the last couple years and all i've accomplished and just reminding myself that i can do anything i put my mind to. Those things usually help me in times where i am feeling insecure or unsure if i can do something that i want to do.
