Aberdeen is North East Scotland. Never class it as England haha. There is a rivalry between the two countries. North Yorkshire is England in the middle but near the top about 2 hours from the border. Have a great time xxx

When i was 15 or so I used to be a decent cross country runner. Not like race standard but ok. Then like exams started and i just started enjoying sleep and stuff more. x

Yeah makes sense like you just start doing it without like thinking about it. My plan is to keep waking up as if i was on the morning shift at work but instead of going to work going on like walks to start with. Just to get outside more. then go from there. x
That's an awesome plan!! that's a good way to train your body to get up and start your metabolism and then get it moving and then u'll start jogging and then running

Its good that its like that. Becomes more friendly competition then. Like yeah you still really want to win but bonus if you make friendships as well. Sport and events are good for that. x

Haha wish i had that mindset. I keep trying but seem to regress back to just sitting around all day after like a week. Lack of self discipline. Need to get better at it lol. x
It gets easier like if u make it part of ur routine then in ur mind it just becomes like a part of ur day lol did that make sense?

Yeah. thats one thing i liked about uni. Met people from all over the world, 1 of my team mates was from norway, 1 from vietnam and 1 from sierra leone. Was amazing talking to the about their country and culture and what they thought about britain. x
Yeahhh it is fun like yeah we're in a tournament and playing against each other but like we're also all high school kids and most if the time tournaments are two or three days long so we stay in some of the same hotels and it's just like we get to talking and get to be friends with each other it's really fun

Yeah i know like america is huge and so diverse. Think they pick southern as it seem to be the easiest for most people to do imo. Then its probably surfer dude or new york lol. Like how most of the world goes for the typical 'posh' british accent and thinks we all speak like the queen haha x
Lol well see i'm from Pennsylvania so i have a sort of like lancaster dutch kind of accent but not a lot only on like a few words or phrases we use that other ppl are like "wat is that" lol so idk but living around jersey and new york is fun because i have met guys from travel team that we've played against that have thick accents lol and it's really interesting

Like american accents theres more than one type depending on which part of the country you are from lol. Theres like london accents, newcastle accents and loads more. Mine is a yorkshire accent 😊x
Ohhh ohkk no that makes sense that's like here in the states you can have a boston accent, a brooklyn accent, a new york accent, a jersey accent, then like a southern accent, and then like wat i kno as a "cali" accent but wat u would probably call a west coast accent lol

Nah im used to it. I grew up watching shows like friends etc. Plus i dont mind watching american football and am a basketball fan as well so im used to a lot of the alternative for british words/ phrases 😊. And i like american accents which helps haha. x
I dont have an accent!! Lol but i LOOOVEEE british accents if i could have any accent i would pick british or australian
