Why is it so hard for ppl to apologize?

They don't like to admit they are wrong? Or they don't think they did anything wrong

Whats worse, born an orphan and live his whole life alone without parents or born & live with his parents but at age 7 he lose his parents due an unfortunate accident and then he will live as an orphan for the rest of his life? ?

Oh god uhh idk I guess loosing the parents at age 7 because then the person would grow to live with the pain. Knowing they loved the kid but if you're an orphan then it's like you live with the constant question of why have they left
