that suicide is not the answer to anything. This message needs to get out to the whole world. so many people think that they are alone in every way possible but they are not! Everyone is fighting some kind of battle right now some may not be bad as others. some may have to live with that for the rest of there life's others may be gone in a month or so. Give it time it will have to get worse before ot gets better you probably have heard that before but that's the truth (personal experience) some may know that about 10 months ago in October I got a concussion at school lifting.. the bar fell on the back of my head.. Ididnt think it was anything serious.. I went in got told I had a concussion! I thought you know it would be gone within a few months but guess what.. it's not it's gotten worse before better. I blacked out ended up in the Er.. and now seeing the only specialist in the state. It has been a tough journey down this path.. I thought about suicide some may say I don't sound like that kind of person but it doesn't matter who it is it can be anyone that thinks about suicide. So please step out of your confront zone and get the help you need or just simply talk to someone iknow I'm not going to get 100 likes or anything but the word of suicide prevention needs to get out because so many teen suicides are happening and if people would help others out rather than judge we wouldn't be losing so many wonderful people! you are all truly amazing people! I am here for all of you!

Oh man..
Cole is amazing! the first day I met him I knew he was the one I wanted. I just wanted him so bad.. this may sound bad but I didn't like the fact he was with another girl when I met him but I was NOT the reason they broke up! Then I realized who his dad and step mom was that worked out.. they are really good friends of my moms! but any ways what I see in him is he's an amazing person a lot of people think he's a jerk and ect. but in reality he isn't he is like the sweetest thing you'll ever meet.. just don't piss him off or good luck. he can literally deal with me in any mood I am in every girl wants that but not many get it. he may want to beat me some times but he some how doesn't he stays calm and he's is just amazing! he isn't just my boyfriend he is my bestfriend.💜

this is going to be a rough topic for me to talk about... but my thoughs..
if you are wanting to cut because of what someone else is saying about you. don't go there please.. going down that path is the absolutely the hardest.. cause once your family finds out you may go through counseling and all that and that is a good think talking to people about what you are going through is what you should do besides self harm. talking about what's going on is not always the easiest.. but you can't just sit there and bottle everything up and keep it to yourself because you then start into the negative throughs.. and that's can always lead to suicidal thought.. if you are having any of then please for me and your family. take the blades and everything you used through them away or have someone else take them and talk to people you trust..you may not realize.. but once you take your own life.. it causes your family, friends to hurt a lot.. puts all of them through a hard time.. so please please please talk to someone. I will talk to you if you need someone to talk. I don't care if I know you or not I will be there for you.. because iknow the feeling of losing people to this.. it really hurts everyone so please stop and think before you do it! you can do it I believe in you. you can stop and continue your life as a new person!

I have never really been that positive I guess you could see until I hit the bottom and realized there is someone going through something way worse than what I'm going through..So instead of thinking about what is the worst that can happen believe that it will work out or it will be okay! Never say you can't do something because you can change it! I'm here if any of you need to talk. also that's another thing that helps you be positive you have to be able to be able to open up about it all and stand behind it and know that everything happened in the past for a reason and that's why you're here!
