Honestly, I think it is dependent on the females comfort level. Some may feel more self conscious with a 2 piece. There are plenty of sexy one piece outfits out there that would easily compliment any females body. Some women may feel embarrassed of mid area with a two piece. Others are confident in their skin to tackle the two piece.
