How to get rid of cramps WITHOUT medication. Is there any home remedies or something to relieve cramps? Or do I have to take pills, I usually take Motrin but I ran out and taking pills are bad anyway. So.. anyway to get rid of cramps using other things besides medication/pills?

Heating pads, chocolate (actually helps), or I find taking warm showers helpful

Hmmmm. Well typically i just use a heating pad and watch movies to distract myself

Listen boo. Fill up a water bottle with mildly hot water, wrap a dish towel around it, and place it where it cramps. Work wonders.

Maybe certain teas could help. I said advil cause for me that's literally the only thing that works for me

2
