Normal ? They probably aren’t over them .. also sometimes people are with their ex for so long it’s what most of their their life and experiences consist of.. they may not realize what they are doing if they are young too

I mean, I think it's unhealthy for you **or** your partner to bring up exes, because slowly but surely you'll start to get into being overly cautious and be a lot less open with your current partner out of fear of history repeating itself, it's a struggle I still actively work with to this day!
