i think we should. cuz keeping the feelings to yourself is like stabbing yourself with a knife.and No their shouldn't be no negative vibes cuz love is a wonderful thimg and if one confesses his love,the other should respect that. if the ans is no,tell him in a way where he should not be hurt in any way or if the ans is yes you know the after math of it. its my point of view.
