That i'm calm but deteriorate internally

Well , I'm calm about it because it's only the physical body that dies , we always exist , we are energy . The body is like a car ,a vessel .
But we continue to live on after.

I would say that I am about 95% calm most of the time.

I dont know , dont want to experience loosing any soul or see them suffer

I would quickly analyze the situation & figure out where to go from there. I might be about 50% calm lol. But it helps to not fully be calm & panic a little too.

75/80 or more since I’ve already been there and dealt with those problems a few times in my past before now 😂

I have never been in a life or death situation, but in unpleasant experiences I'm usually good at staying calm if someone else is panicking. Otherwise I'm a mess.
