Taboos are what is out of the norm of society's social norms, according to what we idealize in society. So, in a way, it's everything that comes out of society's norms. And everything that comes out of these norms is considered different and even leaks

Homosexuality. It's mentally unhealthy having to hide who we are. Everyone should be comfortable with who they are and who they love.

Everything. Honesty creates clarity and understanding. How is anybody supposed to know how you feel if you can’t communicate?
