Do you believe in quitting b4 you waste your time? Because my goals should be more then achievable & for some reason I fail.
Sometimes you gotta know when to quit, there's nothing wrong with quitting when continuing on would be a waste of time and resources

If they're busy but still try to find ways to text you that's a pretty good sign that at the very least they enjoy talking to you. It's very difficult to tell someone's feelings based on text alone
