I'm kinda dying inside and out. My dads continuously hitting me and I'm not sure why. My mum watches and just calls me a worthless fuck up and a peice of shit etc. I cut myself all the time and have recently become bulimic. My grades are going down and I don't know what to do. Pls reply xx
Talk to someone you're close with, tell them everything, open up, talk to your mum, tell her you feel, don't open up to your dad yet, he obviously not the best person to go to at the moment, but tell your mum how you feel, go out do things to get your problems of your mind, and get through it now, because better is still to come, don't give up because each and every second you're closer to things getting better
