How long does it take to really 'know' someone?

It really depends on how much you want to know. For some just knowing the person is honest, loyal and secure is enough. Others may have a need for much more information. If you are going to enter into a serious relationship, it is ALWAYS better to have more information. This will hopefully avoid being startled when someone else mentions some "history" of your partner. Good surprises are okay, but most often information from that person's past that they chose not to share with you can be very detrimental to the relationship. Do your Due Diligence before proceeding. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware!

Exactly what is Love Shopping List? I know it's an app but for what

Love Shopping List (LSL) allows users to identify their most important characteristics for a relationship and to prioritize those characteristics. It then provides a comparison score of the relationship, and makes it easier to know if you are with the right person.

What is a good marrying age

The maturity of the two people is the most important factor. Some people are ready early (my wife and I were 21 & 22 respectively and we are on year 44), and some people need to wait much longer. There is no perfect age to marry. Yes, some people get married before they are ready to accept the full responsibility of a mature relationship, but that is a set up for divorce. I am a firm believer that people need to know what they want and prioritize the key elements.

Are gay & straight relationships very different

All relationships are both similar and different. Relationships are between people regardless of their sexual orientation. Mutual respect and honesty are cornerstones of any relationship.

Are male & female brains really different when it comes to love & relationships?

Absolutely they are different. Women have a much larger amygdala, the emotional center of the brain. Males and females handle love and relationships differently, but one is not the "right" way. This difference is what often causes misunderstandings. Education is critical. A good relationship counselor will be able to help.

How do I get rid of a boyfriend if he still thinks we r good?

The direct but gentle approach is always the best. He may feel hurt but it's best you are honest. You have to be firm but you don't have to be cruel.
