Both protagonists of Gangsta are disabled and there's some hella good representation of POC, also kick ass fight scenes
Attack On Titan has a canon lesbian couple and nobody cares, all the girls kick ass, amazing animation
Naruto is about ninjas, what's not to like?
Ouran High School Host Club has a non-binary protagonist who is amazing, constantly questions gender roles and the entire show is hilarious
Free! has hot boys who are topless and wet 99% of the time
