That's not enough material for one tip that plenty of people would be interested in, so I'll help you here :)
Shirts in any color except for pink / orange and colors in those shades will go well. I think white would be perfect. Maybe if you have a white blouse you can tuck in? Any accessories will do well. If you are feeling flirty, then some darker eyeshadow. If it's for everyday, some simple mascara and lipgloss (but not pink gloss). Red lipstick is perfect with this.
Shoes and bags should be in some shade of white or other light colors like yellow, etc. The same thing as for the shirts.

That is a tough subject cause we know what boys are into - tight clothes, big cleavages etc. My personal opinion is that you don't have to dress to impress anyone. If you are going on a date then sure, but in school you'll get a bad reputation. Dress cute, but with class. Don't try to be who you aren't. Boys like NATURAL girls, and if you have that casual, friendly attitude they won't care what you're wearing.
Some girls at my schools that dress really provocative, well boys think that they are cheap & slutty and are only thinking of them as sex objects, not as friends or people they want to spend time with. Trust me. :)

I explained this a MILLION times. Lizzie will announce the tip girl (or girls) of her choice so there is a chance for a third tip girl but it's very unlikely because there were only 2 auditions that we really, really liked.
