How do you determine who gets to be the tip girl?
Okay, READ THIS CAREFULLY:
1. QUALITY - First we read the tip. If we like it, we will do more.
(What determines whether we like it or not?
* Grammar.
* Well written, short but clear sentences.
* If you repeat one information over and over again, that will distract us from reading and will NOT be a plus.
* The style of writing (the text form must be appealing, use caps lock and enter when needed!)
2. The audition - We read all the answers to our questions. If we find them satisfying, we will definitely consider her as a tip girl.
3. We look at the set - If it has our form, it looks cute & grabs attention, then we will choose you!
* The set does not have to be perfect in order for you to get chosen. If, for example, we have two sets we're thinking about: One is perfectly written but the set itself isn't too good looking; The other set is flawless but the writing is not so good, we will choose the first set.
