I’m half Filipino I speak Tagalog bisiya it don’t really matter there are lots of half Filipino atritsta in the Philippines that don’t really speak English or Tagalog I don’t judge anyone even if I don’t make sence sometimes it is the best to learn your moms dialect early as a young child
