Look I know this is hard but just listen OK I am in the same boat as you honestly it hurts like a bee sting you want some one to heal your broken wounds you have your walls up and some one needs to save you I know that feeling Being in the dark hole being in the darkness does not help you to get better I know I’ve been there done that so I want you to try listening to healing music or sleeping music it works for me I listen to a podcast that has the same thing with you you’re not alone I’m here for you too by the way.
