You just let them be I know you love the person but it’s there body they want to be that way and they are comfortable in there body so just be supportive and respectful if that dose not work tell them you are trying to give them help but it will not be easy

Well for me to be honest it depends on what day It is
Sometimes on the weekends I sleep 10:00 pm in Canadian time but if I stay over night In a hotel and just wake up 7:00 am for breakfast and eat lunch 1:00 pm and then depending what els I’m doing I just sleep whenever I get sleepy because long drives make me sleepy and yes it’s important to sleep
