How to control myself and focus on my work and studies. How to calm down mind in one point so that I can concentrate deeply for long hours on a thing without any distraction. Please don't say to do prayer. It's too much mainstream. I am an atheist though I respect all religions and religious people.
know yourself......maintain a diary (if u fear that people may seek into it.. then u can download lock diary app... but writing with ur own hand effects more..).. find what you dislike and what u like in different fields..also try to write everything u hate.. etc and then try to find urself how can u not hate or care about them.. also write how want your life to go on.. (if this wish of ur is unreal or there are possibilities of being impossible change or think more ..think of something else you wanted.. better if have any person to whom u r a fan or follower..figure out what would happen to u if don't study.. who will be disatisfied (like ur family members?).. what u want to do? etc ..... I may be failed to write or give a instruction but LASTLY in my mind there's something.. u can specificly tell me some promblems so that i can be more specific too.. and we both r anonymous so worry not :v
