I always worry I'm gonna get to fat and if I do I won't be accepted. I know it's stupid but I'm just so self conscious about it :( how do I stop worrying about it?
Why not sort out your diet and an exercise plan? NOT to lose weight. But to keep the weight the same. Maybe join up with a couple of clubs to do some sports, and make sure you always eat some fruit throughout the day. And if you do have a day or a few days where you eat a lot of fat, just make sure you eat healthily for the next few days :) Don't make too much out of this though, just so it gives you a bit of peace of mind making sure you won't become fat - Jake
