This may sound weird but basically, I'm nearly always fed up, but even though there's plenty of things I enjoy doing that I can do, I don't feel like it. I could go to do something and like a minute later ill think actually I don't want to. So I end up not doing anything and being fed up all night
Why don't you talk to people about it? see if they can help you or the doctors? - Jake
